Par cette position centrale, leur pouvoir d\u2019influence s\u2019\u00e9tend des pratiques agricoles en amont jusqu\u2019aux pratiques alimentaires des m\u00e9nages en aval. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une perspective de transition alimentaire, il est donc indispensable de mobiliser la grande distribution : la France devrait engager ce chantier dans le cadre de la Strat\u00e9gie nationale pour l\u2019alimentation, le climat et la nutrition (SNANC), pr\u00e9vue pour l\u2019automne.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;IDDRI pr\u00e9sente les r\u00e9sultats d&#8217;une \u00e9tude sur les impacts \u00e9conomiques et sociaux du mod\u00e8le des grandes surfaces alimentaires mais aussi de ses vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s et d\u00e9pendances.
